You must complete maintenance before the expiration date on each of your certifications. This date is unique for each individual. To find YOUR maintenance due date for a particular certification, please follow the steps below:

To check the status of your certification, follow these instructions:

Navigate to the 𝐡𝐭𝐭𝐩𝐬://𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬.𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐝𝐨.𝐜𝐨𝐦/𝐬/𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞-𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬

Type in your Full Name or Email Id and hit Verify.

It is recommended to provide your email id to get the exact match.

The details of your certification will appear on the screen where you can see your Certification Earned and Expiry date.

It is important to note that if you receive the message "No Valid Certifications Found!"

it means that your certification has expired.

𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑪𝒐𝒑𝒂𝒅𝒐 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔

A maintenance module extends your certification validation and keeps your Copado skills up-to-date. Going forward, Copado will maintain a yearly release cycle for the maintenance module. Community users who hold Copado Certifications must complete maintenance before the expiration of their certifications. Maintenance cannot reactivate an already expired certificate.

𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆?

All Copado certifications have expiration dates. They are valid for ONE calendar year from the time you took your original exam OR from the last time you completed a maintenance exam. Once a certification expires, the only way to hold the credential again is to repurchase and retake the entire certification exam.
